It is a vast term and it can cover muscle pulls, ankle sprains, ligament and muscle tears, in brief anything that can happen as an accumulative stress on your body or after a sudden and unexpected increase of load in a particular structure of your body. We have all heard of R.I.C.E (rest, ice, compression and elevation) but that does not apply to all sport injuries and rest is not always what is needed for a full and fast recovery.

Through our years of practicing sports, rehabilitating elite athletes of various disciplines and working closely with our top consultants we have developed accelerated rehabilitation protocols for all parts of the body. On your initial assessment we will offer you a possible or definitive diagnosis of your condition. We will discuss with you if there is a need for a consultant referral or any investigations to confirm the diagnosis and best plan of action. T

Rest in the affected area is needed for 24 hours and treat it with ice pack for 20 minutes and then apply bandage.
