Anna has been in the sports and fitness industry for more than 15 years. As a child she excelled in martial arts and as a teenager earned black belts in both karate and kick boxing.
She graduated in sports science in Barcelona and immediately started work in injury rehabilitation, training and injury prevention.
Anna has developed this role at the highest level since moving to London in 2016, with positions at respected establishments such as Fitness First and Gymbox and a thriving private client roster.
In addition she has pushed on with a demanding parallel career as a film and television stunt performer, with top level qualifications in horseriding, swimming, gymnastics, trampolining, high diving and high-speed driving.
This work demands the highest levels of physical fitness and mental sharpness, and keeping herself at peak performance levels enables Anna to bring the same focus on safety, injury prevention and enjoyment to her private client work.
Anna, who is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan, has the knowledge and interpersonal skills to help anyone become their best self, building strength, balance and above all confidence with expertly tailored routines and supportive, good-humoured guidance.
