Since graduating from the University of Otago, Ellie has worked extensively in private practise as well as geriatric care. She has spent the majority of her time working in musculoskeletal and sports Physiotherapy , specialising in rugby. She is passionate about hands on, functional rehabilitation and exercise prescription to aid return to sport as well as injury prevention. Ellie uses a combination of traditional Physiotherapy, trigger point dry needling and sport specific exercise prescription in her treatments. Ellie is also trained in the treatment and rehabilitation of the temporomandibular joint and headaches. Ellie is passionate about functional movement and strengthening to allow her clients to live move freely and safely throughout their sporting and leisure lives.
