What to Bring and Wear

Preparing for Your First Training

To help you feel comfortable and confident, here’s what you’ll need:

Wear fitted, breathable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Avoid zips, buttons, or jewellery for safety.

Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety (available to purchase at the clinic)

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated

All equipment is provided — just bring yourself and a positive mindset

If you have any injuries or health concerns, please let your instructor know before class begins.

Increases resistance and complexity for those with some experience.

Each early bird offer allows you 3 sessions to be used within 3 weeks.
