Sebastian is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist (LSSM), with a well-rounded approach to fitness, rehabilitation, and recovery. With a background in both training and therapy, he supports clients through injury recovery, postural imbalances, chronic tension, and general physical conditioning.
He has worked with a wide range of clients — from everyday individuals rebuilding strength after injury, to athletes looking to improve performance and prevent setbacks. His dual expertise allows him to create tailored programmes that integrate functional training with hands-on treatments such as sports massage, deep tissue work, assisted stretching, injury management, and cupping therapy.
With over a decade of experience in coaching and movement disciplines, Sebastian brings clear guidance, patience, and a strong understanding of functional rehabilitation. While his competitive background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing shaped his discipline, his focus today is on creating a safe, supportive space for clients of all backgrounds to progress at their own pace.
Fluent in English and Polish, Sebastian combines technical knowledge with a down-to-earth, approachable style that helps clients feel supported every step of the way.
