Lucia is an experienced, fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) with over 10 years of practice in the UK. She holds Level 3 qualifications in Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage, and is certified in Advanced Deep Tissue Therapy.
With a background in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, Lucia brings a trauma-informed, intuitive and compassionate approach to her work. Her treatments are calming, nurturing and tailored to each individual, with a genuine intention to support clients in improving their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Lucia believes in working holistically, creating bespoke massage sessions that address both the body and the mind.
She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
