Zoe is an experienced MSK Physiotherapist with a diverse background, having worked within the NHS, primary care, and private practice. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. She initially worked in one of the leading private hospitals in the Philippines, where she rotated across a range of specialties before focusing on musculoskeletal care.
Since moving to the UK, Zoe has worked extensively in treating musculoskeletal conditions and later progressed into a First Contact Practitioner role in the local GP surgery. She has undertaken the first module of First Contact Musculoskeletal Practice under University of Essex to expand her clinical knowledge and skills within the primary care.
She is now expanding her practice into the private sector and has a special interest in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage neck, shoulder and lower back pain, sporting injuries like ACL rehabilitation and post-operative such as total hip and knee replacement. She also offers acupuncture as part of her treatment approach to help with pain relief and recovery.
Sports has significantly shaped Zoe’s journey and began competitive swimming at the age of 10. This experience fueled her passion for movement and rehabilitation, ultimately inspiring her career path. Zoe is passionate about advocating healthy lifestyle, mental health awareness and enhancing quality of life.
Zoe has a very ‘hands on’ approach and takes time to understand patient’s concerns and goals. She is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their care and improve overall well-being.
